Following are the boundaries of Precinct No. 45: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 5 E.W.M. (52nd Street) and the centerline of U.S. 99; thence east along the section line to the northeast corner of Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 5 E.W.M.; thence south along the centerline of the Pacific Highway to an intersection with the centerline of North Beverly Drive; thence west along the centerline of North Beverly Drive to an intersection at the centerline of Olympic Drive; thence southwesterly along Olympic Drive to an intersection with the centerline of Madison Street (68th Street); thence west along the centerline of Madison Street (68th Street) to an intersection with the centerline of U.S. 99; thence north along the centerline of U.S. 99 to the point of beginning, LESS the following:

Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 5, Township 28 North, Range 5 E.W.M.; thence easterly along the north line of said Section 5 for thirty feet, m/l, to a point of intersection with the west line of Block 1, Laurel Heights, Snohomish County, produced northerly in its present platted direction, which point is also on the east marginal line of Old Pacific Highway as now established, produced northerly; thence southerly along said west line of Block 1, Laurel Heights, produced northerly and the east marginal line of Old Pacific Highway to a point of intersection with the south line of Mountain View Addition, produced easterly in its present platted direction according to the plat thereof, records of Snohomish County; thence westerly along said south line of Mountain View Addition and said south line produced easterly to the southwest corner of said Mountain View Addition, which corner is a point on the north line of North Beverly Park Division No. 2, Snohomish County; thence westerly along the said north line of North Beverly Park, Division No. 2 and the north line of Beverly Hills Division No. 2 to a point of intersection with the east line of the N.W. 1/4 of S.E. 1/4 of Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 5 E.W.M.; thence northerly along the said east line of said subdivision to a point two hundred fifty feet south of the northeast corner of said subdivision; thence angle left 42°35' for two hundred twelve feet; thence angle left 7°20' for one hundred forty-five and four-tenths feet to a point on the north line of said subdivision; thence westerly along the north line of said subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 31, Block 1, Beverly Hills Division No. 4, Snohomish County; thence northerly along the east line of said Block 1 to the northeast corner of Lot 10 of said Block 1; thence westerly along the north line of said Lot 10 and said north line produced westerly in its present platted direction to a point on the west marginal line of Highway Place, as now platted, and the east line of Lot 1, Block 2, Beverly Hills Division No. 4, Snohomish County; thence northerly along the said east line of Lot 1 to the point of a curvature of a curve to the left; thence around the arc of a curve to the left as platted to an intersection with the east marginal line of State Highway No. 1 as now established; thence northeasterly along the said east line of State Highway No. 1 to a point of intersection with the north line of Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 5 E.W.M.; thence easterly along the north line of said Section 6 to the northeast corner thereof and the point of beginning.
