Tract; thence easterly and parallel to the south line of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 10 and along the north line of said Mukilteo Heights Community Club, Inc. Tract for 208.71 feet; thence southerly and parallel to the west line of said Section 10 and along the east line of Mukilteo Heights Community Club, Inc.
