Following are the boundaries of Precinct No. 97: Beginning at a point of intersection of 34th Street and Federal Avenue; thence southerly on Federal Avenue to 39th Street; thence west along the westerly production of 39th Street to the west line of Section 30; thence north on the west line of Section 30 to a point 530 feet north of the southwest corner of Government Lot 3 in said Section 30; thence west to the centerline of Section 35, Township 29 North, Range 4 E.W.M. produced northerly; thence north on said northerly production of said Section 35 to the westerly production of 34th Street; thence east on said westerly production of 34th Street to the point of beginning.
