A. A notice and order, voluntary compliance agreement, or stop work order may be recorded by the city with the Snohomish County Auditor’s Office, or its successor agency, when violations continue to exist on the property, which the property owner did not abate.

B. If the notice and order, voluntary compliance agreement, or stop work order is recorded, the code enforcement officer shall record a release of the notice and order, voluntary compliance agreement, or stop work order only when all violations specified in the recorded document have been corrected or abated, and all the civil penalties have been paid in full.
