For violations committed on or after August 25, 2022, willful violation of a court order issued under EMC 10.22.010, 10.22.020, and/or under the authority of RCW 10.99.040(2) or (3), and/or 10.99.050, is punishable under EMC 10.22.040. (Ord. 3892-22 § 5, 2022.)
