To prevent violations of Section 10.39.010, every licensee and registrant under Chapter 18.64 RCW, who sells at retail any products containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine, or their salts, isomers, or salts of isomers, shall comply with the electronic device and/or sign requirements of 2001 Washington Laws, Chapter 96, Section 14.
