A. No person may, for the purpose of violating Section 10.40.010, use, or possess for the purpose of so using, any substance containing a solvent having the property of releasing toxic vapors or fumes.

B. Possession of certain substances in violation of subsection A of this section is a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or by both. (Ord. 3133-09 § 2, 2009.)
