It is the responsibility of the person to whom a library card was issued whenever that card is used to check out any item from the library; provided, however, such person is relieved from further responsibility, upon notification to the Everett Public Library that the library card has been lost, misplaced or otherwise unaccountable. It shall be the duty of any person to whom a library card is issued to notify the Everett Public Library of any change of address. (Ord. 1145-85 § 124(3), 1985.)
