No person shall operate or permit to be operated any vessel powered by a gasoline engine on the waters of the city of Everett unless it meets all backfire flame control requirements of WAC 352-60-090. (Ord. 3135-09 § 9, 2009; Ord. 1246-86 § 1, 1986.)
