When a vessel is used to carry persons for hire on the waters of the city of Everett, the use on such vessel of any liquefied petroleum gas or certain flammable liquids for cooking, heating, or lighting is prohibited as required by Title 46, Code of Federal Regulations, Subpart 25.45 and Parts 146 and 147, and by WAC 352-60-100.
