13.28.040 Disturbing sidewalks, streets and alleys.

No person shall unlawfully disturb any sidewalks, or remove any planking or paving on any street, alley or sidewalk in the city, or dig into or under, or tear up any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks or public places in the city. (Prior code § 13.16.020.)
