14.40.210 Wastewater discharge permitting—Extrajurisdictional users.

Any existing user located beyond the city limits required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit shall submit a wastewater discharge permit application as outlined in Section 14.40.190.
New sources, and new users that are determined to be significant industrial users (SIUs), located beyond the city limits and required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit shall comply with Section 14.40.200. (Ord. 3070-08 § 3.3, 2008.)
