A. Within ninety days following the date for final compliance by the significant industrial user with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements set forth in this chapter, in a wastewater discharge permit, or within thirty days following commencement of the introduction of wastewater into the POTW by a new source or new users considered by the city to fit the definition of SIU, the affected user shall submit to the city a report containing the information outlined in Section 14.40.250(D) through (F).

B. For users subject to equivalent mass or concentration limits established by the city in accordance with procedures established in 40 CFR 403.6(c), this report shall contain a reasonable measure of the user’s long-term production rate. For all other users subject to categorical pretreatment standards expressed in terms of allowable pollutant discharge per unit of production (or other measure of operation), this report shall include the user’s actual production during the appropriate sampling period.
