Any user operating under a wastewater discharge permit incorporating mass or concentration limits based on production levels shall notify the city within two business days after the user has a reasonable basis to know that the production level will significantly change within the next calendar month. Any user not providing a notice of such anticipated change will be required to comply with the existing limits contained in its wastewater discharge permit. (Ord. 3070-08 § 4.5, 2008.)
