The purpose of this chapter, in conjunction with Chapters 15.02 and 15.03, is to implement requirements in Chapter 36.70B RCW, Local Project Review. Together, these three chapters are collectively referred to as the “Local Project Review Procedures.” Included within this chapter are land use application requirements, including how an application is determined complete and the time limits for permits and permit processing.
