16.03.400 Amendments to IFC Chapter 57, Flammable and Combustible Liquids.
Adopted as amended by Washington State with the following local amendments:
A. Subsection 5704.2.9.6.1 of the IFC, entitled “Locations where above-ground tanks are prohibited,” is hereby deleted and the following inserted in its place:
5704.2.9.6.1 Locations where above-ground tanks are prohibited. Storage of Class I and II liquids in above-ground tanks outside of buildings is prohibited within the limits established by law and the Everett Zoning Code Title 19.
B. Subsection 5706.2.4.4 of the IFC, entitled “Locations where above-ground tanks are prohibited,” is hereby deleted and the following inserted in its place:
5706.2.4.4 Locations where above-ground tanks are prohibited. The storage of Class I and II liquids in above-ground tanks is prohibited within the limits established by law and the Everett Zoning Code Title 19.
