The Regulations for Barrier-Free Facilities as promulgated by the state of Washington Building Code Advisory Council amended October 1, 1976, April 18, 1979, November 18, 1988 and as amended in this chapter is adopted and enacted by reference as though fully set forth at length in this chapter.
