A. Section 103 of the IPMC is hereby deleted in its entirety.

B. Section 104.5 of the IPMC is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Unless otherwise authorized, the building official shall issue all necessary notices or orders under this code. Regardless of any other language in this code, the content and service of such notices and orders shall be in the same form and manner as required of violation citations under Chapter 1.20 EMC.

C. Sections 106.2 through 106.5 of the IPMC are hereby deleted in their entirety.

D. Sections 107.1 through 107.3 and 107.5 through 107.6 of the IPMC are hereby deleted in their entirety.

E. Sections 109.5 and 109.6 of the IPMC are hereby deleted in their entirety.

F. Section 111 of the IPMC is hereby deleted in its entirety.
