In accordance with Section 9.70.100 of this code, access for weights and measures testing of the equipment must be available within twenty-four hours of request by the city sealer. Each service station operating a card or key operated dispenser or pump shall provide the city sealer with a letter indicating the name and phone number of a company contact person.
