Any person or persons violating this chapter or any rule or regulation adopted hereunder, shall be subject to the enforcement procedures established pursuant to Chapter 1.20 EMC. Violations of this chapter by any licensed person, firm, or corporation in the house moving business shall be sufficient grounds for denial or revocation of any such license. (Ord. 3901-22 § 2 (Exh.
