“Structure” means that which is built, or constructed, an edifice or building of any kind, or any piece of work artificially built up or composed of parts joined together in some definite manner and located within six feet of a mobile home in a mobile home park. As defined herein, “structure” does not include a mobile home or other accessory awnings, cabanas, carports and ramadas which are portable and are designed to be readily assembled and disassembled and adapted to ready transportation.
