The owner or operator of every mobile home park shall maintain in a conspicuous location in or adjacent to the mobile home office, a copy of an approved plot plan of the mobile home park, a copy of the conditions of the city approval, and a copy of the latest ordinances and regulations pertaining to the mobile home park.
