17.20.030 Playgrounds.
In new park construction or in construction of park spaces which are not on record with the planning department, mobile home lots shall be either:
A. Where no developed playground or tot lot is provided the minimum lot size shall be two thousand four hundred square feet in area with a minimum width of forty feet and a minimum depth of sixty feet; or
B. Where a developed playground or tot lot whose minimum size shall be two thousand five hundred square feet in area plus one hundred square feet for each trailer in excess of ten, and whose minimum width or depth shall be forty feet is provided, the minimum mobile home lot size may be reduced to eighteen hundred square feet in area with a minimum width of thirty feet and a minimum depth of sixty feet.
