Awning roofs of fabric, plastic, or light weight metal may be attached to an approved awning track on the mobile home. Awnings or shade structures constructed of heavy metal framework or of wood frame construction shall be free-standing structures and may not be permanently attached to a mobile home; provided further that such structures shall be so designed and constructed to meet all the requirements of Chapter 17.44.
