Land identified in the Everett flood insurance study dated June 19, 2020, or subsequent update, with accompanying flood insurance maps, shall not be subdivided unless the requirements of the city’s flood damage prevention regulations as set forth in Chapter 19.30 EMC, as amended, are met.
