The city council by resolution may amend the statement required by Section 2.104.140(A)(3) from time to time to reflect any subsequent changes in state legislation which might affect the powers, structure or duties of public corporations created by this chapter, and such an amendatory statement shall be attached as an amendment to the charter of the public corporation.
