A. A public corporation shall have two or more corporate officers. The same person shall not occupy both the chief executive office of the corporation and the office responsible for the custody of funds and maintenance of accounts and finances.

B. Unless the charter provides otherwise, the chief executive officer shall be the agent of the public corporation for service of process; the rules and regulations may designate additional corporate officials as agents to receive or initiate process. (Ord. 1016-84 § .190, 1984.)
