Violation of any provision of Section 2.104.550 constitutes an infraction for which a monetary fine, not to exceed five hundred dollars, may be assessed by a court of competent jurisdiction. Violation may be proven by a preponderance of evidence and need not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. (Ord. 1016-84 § .560, 1984.)
