All employees of the municipal court shall, for all purposes, be deemed employees of the city of Everett. They shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the presiding judge of the Everett municipal court. Said employees shall perform court-assigned duties in accordance with all policies and procedures established by the city of Everett.
