The presiding judge shall present the presiding judge’s annual budget to the city council through the established budget process administered by the mayor. Salaries and operational expenditures of the court shall be limited to council appropriation. (Ord. 3408-14 § 4, 2014; Ord. 1259-86 § 25, 1986.)
