2.110.030 Duties.

The responsibilities of the Everett sister cities advisory board shall include those responsibilities necessary to carry out the purpose of the board as set forth in Section 2.110.010 which shall include but not be limited to the following:
A. Providing the mayor and city council with recommendations and information concerning the sister cities program as well as other matters of interest which are related to this program;
B. Initiating, planning, sponsoring, organizing and promoting cultural exchanges; and
C. Providing support for international economic development programs which the city supports and acting as the city’s official hosts for international guests. (Ord. 1562-89 § 3, 1989.)
