All persons utilizing police escort services shall execute a release and indemnification of the city in a form to be approved by the city attorney. In addition, such persons shall present a certification of insurance, including the city as named insured, for all liability in connection with the activity for which traffic escort services are required in the amount of fifty thousand dollars for property damage and for one hundred fifty thousand dollars for personal injuries.
