2.76.005 Member of a duly recognized board, commission or committee defined.

The term “member of a duly recognized board, commission or committee” means any person appointed by the mayor and confirmed by council, who serves on the following boards, commissions or committees:

A. Arts commission;

B. Board of adjustment;

C. Citizen’s advisory committee for housing and community development;

D. Civil service commission;

E. Emergency services advisory committee;

F. Environmental review committee;

G. Historical commission;

H. Library board;

I. Parks and recreation board;

J. Planning commission;

K. Senior center executive board;

L. Transportation advisory committee;

M. Animal-control advisory board;

N. Any other board, committee or commission duly created and approved by the city council. (Ord. 944-83 § 2, 1983; Ord. 257-73.)
