3.06.040 Authority to invest police pension funds.

A. The city authorizes the city investment committee to make investments for police pension funds.
B. The city adopts the city investment policy attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter for the police pension fund.
C. The authority granted to the city investment committee is included within the content of the investment policy—police pension fund attached to the ordinance codified in this section. (Ord. 2164-96 §§ 1—3, 1996.)
