A. “Bond” or “bonds” has the meaning defined in Section 2(1), chapter 167, Laws of 1983, as the same may be from time to time amended.

B. “City” means the city of Everett, Washington.

C. “Fiscal agency” means the duly appointed fiscal agencies of the state of Washington serving as such at any given time.

D. “Obligation” or “obligations” has the meaning defined in Section 2(3), chapter 167, Laws of 1983, 1st ex. sess., as the same may be from time to time amended.

E. “Registrar” is the person or persons designated by the city to register ownership of bonds or obligations under this chapter. (Ord. 980-83 § 1, 1983.)
