Except as provided in Section 3.52.080, public announcements may be placed in or upon city vehicles upon the condition that council shall review and approve each announcement and no announcement may be approved which contains advertising as defined herein. (Ord. 2022-94 § 2, 1994; Ord. 84-70 § 2.)
