To the extent permitted under the Washington Constitution and the laws of the state of Washington including, but not limited to, RCW 35.21.768 and 84.52.069, as may be amended, the city may adopt ordinances for the levy and collection of taxes. (Ord. 2792-04 § 1, 2004; Ord. 2308-98 § 26, 1998.)
