Applications shall be accompanied with a good and sufficient bond in the sum of five hundred dollars, conditioned that said applicant will faithfully comply with the provisions of any and all ordinances of the city then existing or that may thereafter be enacted touching such business, and will also comply with and obey all orders, directions and regulations of the Snohomish County health district.
