It is unlawful for the owner, proprietor, manager or person in charge of any facility regulated by this title or any employee or agent of such establishment to admit anyone under the age of eighteen years of age and permit them to remain in or about such premises, unless such person under the age of eighteen years is accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian, or to knowingly harbor, admit, receive or permit to be or remain in or about such premises, any prostitute, lewd or dissolute person, or any drunk or boisterous person, or any person under the influence of any controlled substance, or any person who, by his conduct on such premises, tends in anyway to corrupt the public morals.
