6.12.020 Requirements.

No person, firm or corporation shall deposit any animal carcass at the Everett animal shelter without first obtaining written permission from the director of the Everett animal shelter or his/her designee and having paid the required fee as established by the director of the Everett animal shelter or his/her designee.
