Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every unauthorized deposit of animal carcasses, and upon conviction of any such violation, such person, firm or corporation shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
