The purpose of this chapter is to restrict the number of motor vehicles that may be parked at a single residential address by declaring the parking of motor vehicles in violation of this chapter to be a public nuisance. (Ord. 3411-14 § 3, 2014; Ord. 2840-05 § 1, 2005.)
