It is unlawful to violate or fail to comply with any park rule or regulation duly adopted and posted by the parks and recreation director. Unless otherwise provided, violation of any park rule or regulation duly adopted and posted by the parks and recreation director constitutes an infraction, and may be punished by a penalty of not more than two hundred fifty dollars.
