A. No minor under the age of eighteen shall be in or upon any public street, highway, alley, park, vacant lot or other public place between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. (Ord. 2103-95 § 1, 1995; Ord. 2001-94 § 1, 1994.)
