Precinct No. 72 is described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 37, plat of Fairview Heights, Division No. 2; thence southerly along the west line of said Lot 37 for 243.77 feet; thence angle right 5°32'30" for four hundred thirty feet more or less to the centerline of Pigeon Creek No. 1 thence southwesterly along the centerline of Pigeon Creek No. 1 and the southwesterly boundaries of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in the plat of Fairview Heights Division No. 2 to an intersection with the westerly boundary of Monson Addition; thence southerly along the westerly boundary of said Monson Addition to the southwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the south lines of Lots 13 and 14 in Monson Addition to an intersection with the southerly production of the west line of Lot 12 in said addition defined on the plat as a private road; thence southerly along the west line of said private road; for 55.60 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 37, Block 7, in Beverly Hills Division No. 4; thence following in a southerly direction, the westerly boundaries of Lots 20 to 37, inclusive, Beverly Hills Division No. 4 to Pecks Drive; thence westerly on Pecks Drive to Cady Road; thence southerly on Cady Road to Madison Street; thence east on Madison Street to Evergreen Way; thence northeasterly on Evergreen Way to 52nd Street; thence westerly on 52nd Street to the point of beginning.
