Following are the boundaries of Precinct No. 73: Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Section 31, Township 28 North, Range 5 E.W.M. and West Drive; thence east to an intersection with the west line of Lot 37, Plat of Fairview Heights, Division No. 2 produced northerly; thence southerly along the westerly boundary of said Lot 37 and its production northerly for 273.77 feet; thence angle right 52°32'30" for 430 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Pigeon Creek No. 1; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Pigeon Creek No. 1 and the southwesterly boundaries of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in Plat of Fairview Heights Division No. 2 to an intersection with the westerly boundary of Monson Addition to the southwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the south line of Lots 13 and 14 in Monson Addition to an intersection with the southerly production of the west line of Lot 12 in said addition, defined on the plat as “private road”; thence southerly along the west line of said private road for 55.6 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 37, Block 7, Beverly Hills Division No. 4 thence southerly along the westerly boundary of said Block 7 to Pecks Drive; thence westerly on Pecks Drive to East Drive; thence north on East Drive to 58th Street; thence westerly on 58th Street to West Drive; thence north on West Drive to the point of beginning.
