A. It is unlawful for any person to open, conduct, keep or maintain any place resorted to for the purpose of prostitution or lewdness.

B. It is unlawful for any person to allow, permit or authorize, in any building or place owned by him, or under his control, any riotous or disorderly conduct, or drunkenness, or fighting to the annoyance of the public.

C. Violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction may be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars. (Ord. 1145-85 § 63, 1985.)
