The provisions of this chapter are intended to augment the other provisions of the Everett Municipal Code. Whenever the provisions of this chapter impose a greater restriction upon persons, premises, or practices than are imposed by other provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
