Wastewater discharge permits shall be issued for a specified time period, not to exceed five years. A wastewater discharge permit may be issued for a period less than five years, at the discretion of the director. Each wastewater discharge permit will indicate a specific date upon which it will expire. The wastewater discharge permit will expire at 11:59 p.m. on the specified date. (Ord. 3070-08 § 3.12, 2008.)
