14.60.010 Charges.
A. Effective March 1, 2021, and thereafter until December 31, 2021, service charges for city of Everett surface water management services are hereby assessed on all utility customers in Everett not being billed for sewer service as follows:
1. Single-family residence: twenty-seven dollars fifty-one cents per month.
(The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.)
2. For other than single-family residence (multiple-family residence, commercial, and industrial users, etc.) the rate shall be computed in accordance with the following formula:
Drainage service charge per month equals three dollars six cents per one hundred cubic feet of metered water consumption.
(The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.)
The minimum monthly charge regardless of usage shall be twenty-seven dollars fifty-one cents per month.
B. Effective January 1, 2022, and thereafter until December 31, 2022, service charges for city of Everett surface water management services are hereby assessed on all utility customers in Everett not being billed for sewer service as follows:
1. Single-family residence: twenty-eight dollars sixty-one cents per month.
(The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.)
2. For other than single-family residence (multiple-family residence, commercial, and industrial users, etc.) the rate shall be computed in accordance with the following formula:
Drainage service charge per month equals three dollars eighteen cents per one hundred cubic feet of metered water consumption.
(The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.)
The minimum monthly charge regardless of usage shall be twenty-eight dollars sixty-one cents per month.
C. Effective January 1, 2023, and thereafter until December 31, 2023, service charges for city of Everett surface water management services are hereby assessed on all utility customers in Everett not being billed for sewer service as follows:
1. Single-family residence: thirty-one dollars twenty-eight cents per month.
(The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.)
2. For other than single-family residence (multiple-family residence, commercial, and industrial users, etc.) the rate shall be computed in accordance with the following formula:
Drainage service charge per month equals $3.475 per one hundred cubic feet of metered water consumption.
(The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.)
The minimum monthly charge regardless of usage shall be thirty-one dollars twenty-eight cents per month.
D. Effective January 1, 2024, and thereafter until superseded by a new rate ordinance, service charges for city of Everett surface water management services are hereby assessed on all utility customers in Everett not being billed for sewer service as follows:
1. Single-family residence: thirty-four dollars eighteen cents per month.
(The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.)
2. For other than single-family residence (multiple-family residence, commercial, and industrial users, etc.) the rate shall be computed in accordance with the following formula:
Drainage service charge per month equals $3.798 per one hundred cubic feet of metered water consumption.
(The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.)
